An Enrolled Agent working in the Tax & Accounting Industry in New Mexico for over twenty five years. Working with every kind of client and preparing Personal, Partnership, Corporate, Nonprofit, Estate & Trust Tax Returns as well as Financial Statement compilations and representing clients in negotiating tax settlements with the IRS and other State Taxing Agencies.

Gerald Torres, CPA

An experienced bookkeeping and tax professional with a strong background in business management. Specializing in helping clients maintain accurate financial records while developing effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.

Ed Burran

A native of New Mexico, I was born and raised in Clovis. I graduated in 1967 with a B.S. degree in geology from U.N.M. I have been working in accounting since 1975, having taken courses at SW Business School, U.N.M., U. of A. and obtaining a Master's Degree in Taxation from U.T.E.P. while working fulltime for an all union masonry contractor for 11 years until my boss retired and closed the business. I then moved to Phoenix and worked for a Steelcase dealership in their accounting department for 8 years before the owner retired and sold the business. I then moved back to Albuquerque, working in private industry and working the previous 3 tax seasons before joining Dan Anderson's All Business C.P.A. at the start of 2025.

Valerie Yazzie

A bookkeeper with 15 years of experience and obtained an Associates in Accounting in 2016. I have over 20 years experience in customer service & support and plenty of my accounting experience focused on bookkeeping cleanup and catchup whilst working with many departments to ensure accurate financial records.
